1. Who we are

ukvisatravel.com (the "Website") is operated by All visas pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are a private company. We are not the UK Government, the Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration, or any other public body, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any of them.

By using this Website or purchasing our service you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. What our service is — and is not

We provide a document-review and application-support service for travellers who wish to obtain a UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA). For a service fee we:

• collect the information required for a UK ETA application through our online form;
• check the information you provide for completeness and obvious inconsistencies;
• help you prepare and submit the application to the UK authorities;
• keep you informed about the status of the application and answer your questions.

We do not:

• decide whether an ETA is granted — that decision is made exclusively by the UK Home Office;
• provide immigration or legal advice, or act as immigration advisers;
• guarantee approval, processing time, or entry into the United Kingdom;
• verify that the information you give us is true — you are responsible for its accuracy.

You can apply for a UK ETA yourself, directly with the UK Government, at gov.uk/eta or via the official UK ETA app. The government fee is currently £20 per person and no service fee applies when applying directly.

3. Fees and payment

Our service fee depends on the processing option you choose and the number of travellers included in one application. The current fees are shown on the Website and again in full before you pay. All prices are in euro (EUR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed by Stripe on a secure checkout page. We do not receive or store your card details. Once payment is complete you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Stripe.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide complete, accurate and truthful information that matches your passport exactly.
• Only submit information about other travellers with their permission.
• Be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase our service.
• Check your e-mail (including spam folders) for messages from us and from the UK authorities.

Providing false or misleading information may lead to refusal of the ETA by the UK authorities. We accept no liability for such refusals.

5. Processing times

The processing times shown for our options (24 hours, 4 hours, 30 minutes) refer to the time we aim to take to review and forward your application after payment. The UK Home Office normally decides within three working days but may take longer; this is outside our control.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our service is limited to the service fee you paid to us. We are not liable for refusal of an ETA, denied boarding or entry, missed travel, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this Website (text, design, graphics, code) belongs to All visas pty Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. The UK flag is used as a generic visual reference to the destination country and does not imply any official status.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms and the Website at any time. The version published on the Website at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. We may refuse or cancel a service request at our discretion; if we do so before work has started, you will receive a full refund.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
