In short: we collect only the data needed for your UK ETA application, store it encrypted in the EU, share it only with the UK authorities, our payment processor and our technical providers, keep it for 12 months, and delete it on request.

We process your data to perform the contract you enter into with us (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / UK GDPR), to comply with legal obligations such as accounting rules (Art. 6(1)(c)), and for our legitimate interests in securing the Website and preventing fraud (Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with anyone else unless required by law.

To exercise these rights, e-mail allvisasmigration@gmail.com from the address you used in your application; we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (for example the ICO in the UK or the OAIC in Australia).
